Johnny Macaroni’s Famous Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

This dish is a traditional Italian favorite made with our authentic Tomato sauce that everyone is sure to love. Ground turkey or other meat substitute can be exchanged for the ground beef for a healthy alternative.

Serves 4 people
45 minutes to make and serve

Quantity. Ingredients

1 ½ Lbs. Ground beef
2 Eggs
½ Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ Cup Grated Romano cheese
¼ Tsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Salt
Pinch Garlic powder
Pinch Black pepper

Two (2) 25 oz. jars Johnny Macaroni’s Tomato Sauce 
1 Package Spaghetti or other pasta


Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Grease a cookie sheet with non-stick spray

  3. Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 ½ inch round meatballs

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes

  5. Simmer the meatballs in Johnny Macaroni’s Tomato Sauce for a ½ hour

  6. Serve over cooked spaghetti or other pasta
