Quantity. Ingredients
1 ½ Lbs. Ground beef
2 Eggs
½ Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ Cup Grated Romano cheese
¼ Tsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Salt
Pinch Garlic powder
Pinch Black pepper

Two (2) 25 oz. jars Johnny Macaroni’s Tomato Sauce
1 Package Spaghetti or other pasta
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Grease a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 ½ inch round meatballs
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Simmer the meatballs in Johnny Macaroni’s Tomato Sauce for a ½ hour
Serve over cooked spaghetti or other pasta

1 Lb. Chicken, cut into 2-inch cubes
1 Large Onion
8 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 Red or yellow pepper, sliced
Pinch Oregano
Pinch Salt
Pinch Black pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Two (2) 25 oz. jars Johnny Macaroni’s Tomato Sauce
1 Lb. Ziti, cooked according to package instructions
Sprinkle Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation:
In a large skillet, sauté the olive oil, garlic, seasonings, and chicken for 5 minutes.
Add the onions, mushrooms and peppers, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add Johnny Macaroni’s Marinara Sauce, simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve over cooked ziti, and top with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.

90 minutes to make and serve - can be made 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until time to bake
Quantity. Ingredients
4. Eggs
½ Cup. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Qt. Ricotta cheese
2 Cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. Parsley
To taste Garlic powder
To taste Black pepper

Two (2) 25 oz. jars Johnny Macaroni’s Tuscan Sauce
1 Lb. Lasagna noodles (can substitute no-cook noodles)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta, cook for 8 minutes, drain and cool.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, eggs, and seasonings. Mix all ingredients well.
Spread ½ cup of the Tuscan Sauce in the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Cover with a layer of noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat 2 more times starting with a layer of Tuscan Sauce. Top with remaining noodles, then more Tuscan Sauce and a final layer of mozzarella on top. Cover with foil greased with non-stick spray.
Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil, and cook for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
